saelan,
I can recommend the filson vest, very sturdy and well made. The fit is good, and if length isnt an issue, sizing down works well.

I don't really wear trainers much at all anymore, but I'm really drawn to these. Any opinions? I know people generally don't like this sort of thing around here, but I think they're a pretty classic design.

You can find a much more clean version of those. Look for Rod Lavers tournament edition. Only has a small bit of green on the heel. The rest looks plain and awesome.

The Filson one is awesome, and the W+H one is cool too.

Looks kind of like CDG. I like the cut, it's definitely you in its femeninity but I have mixed feelings about the burgundee piping and would be too scared of it looking horrid in person.

Lol, when I think of loafers and boat shoes I think of how they would look against bare skin, that colour really wouldn't work unless you A) have super tanned skin or B) wore socks or pants that covered your ankles completely.

Looking for a blucher oxford with flexible/lightweight rubber/crepe/whatever sole that isn't chunky or clown-shoe round, and is at a reasonable price (pref. $200 or less). This seems to be the closest I can find to fit the bill, though I'm really iffy about this color. I'd prefer a darker brown leather or even brown suede.
