im alright w/ the zips i think, just worried that they might be too short. bit funnier-looking in this pic:

also not sure what the material would be like to wear. the descriptions wrong on the site but it looks like it might be canvas on leather?

I guess my personal preference is either laces or zips, but never both in the same shoe.
