Should I or shouldn't I buy... (clothing item)?

my black suede 2290s were marked down to 240 from 400 (40%). i'm pretty sure they're carried over through spring then discounted during winter.

Ok to size down one on these, or stick to TTS? When I was looking at them before they seemed to keep running out of size 45.

im a 41 and i wear a 40.5 with a fairly large insole and laced tight. id probably be best in a 39.5

I'm not really digging the soles on any of those :/

if I could fine some suede DBs with a vibram wedge sole (**** resoling $50 clarks), I'd be interested. i need something to wear when I go back to school that isn't my cot damn vans.

lol, I was on the fence about whether it looked great, or terrible. how do mcnairy's shoes fit? I found a pair on sale that a) are dope and b) I could fit into depending on how they're sized (uk 7.5 is available = us 8.5. my us9 vans are a little big...or should I go with the UK8.5?) looking at these:

If you're looking for cheap bucks, just go with Bass - Stanley van Buren just posted a fit pick in WAYWT with them that looked good if you want to see them in action. I think they can be found for 60-70 range.

Not to keen on those McNairy's. Do they come in a blue suede?
