Size 28. It's a mid-rise pant, but the material is so soft and forgiving that it really wasn't a problem for me to put them on. I don't remember what size I wore for the SExDBxS jean product shot—they were worn with a more relaxed look, so I definitely wouldn't gauge it based on the size I wore for the DB collaborations.

Easiest way for me to gauge size…

Well I agree with you about using the measurements...but they can be misleading at times.

Only reason I figured using your DB fit--is because I own the pair as well and I know how I want these ones to fit.

Maybe they look slimmer than the measurements because of all the stacking that is going on. If those are unhemmed, there'd be 3 inches or more of extra length.

Yeah I dont understand it either. His 07bk's are still slimmer than mine even after I had them tapered

Interesting point on the fit disparity. The model isn't just thin - he's thin and azn FLAT. Flat out different bone structure. It doesn't matter if he and I wear the same size pants, we will never look the same wearing the same thing in the same sizes.

I don't think I can afford to shop at S.E. any more...
