Makes sense, I know most cheap Levis dont fade but I want a pair thats good quality.

I think all good quality jeans will lose colour but follow the advice above and ask Kiya, king of denim!

Hey, do you sell any dark blue jeans that will not fade nor bleed?

We do not because all the blue jeans we sell are indigo dyed. If you're looking for a blue jean that doesn't fade over time i would look into American Apparel's blue garment dyed jeans.

Pure Blue Japan's NC-005 jean is a non-fade raw selvage denim. It should be noted that they use a dye called indanthrene, which isn't water soluble like indigo dye is. PBJ are excellent quality jeans, so if your looking for your jeans to stay crispy, I think you could do much worse. (Sorry, I know PBJ isn't stocked at Self Edge but just wanted to throw that out there)

PBJ are excellent quality jeans, so if your looking for your jeans to stay crispy, I think you could do much worse. (Sorry, I know PBJ isn't stocked at Self Edge but just wanted to throw that out there) 

PBJ jeans are amazing qualify - I've had mine since December 2012 and they're hardly showing signs of wear at all..

I'm guessing BiG have exclusive US stockist status..but I love SE and BiG for the best denim selection I can find out there

PBJ's president helped SG get started four years ago, since they SG is the one that's developed some of the new denim styles which PBJ ended up using a year or two later, and now some of SG's fabrics are used only on Strike Gold jeans. Both are great brands, but we don't need two so closely related.

I didn't know Strike Gold and PBJ were sister companies!!

I'm wearing my PBJ purple face jeans today, but Strike Gold make some awesome 23oz heavyweight denim jeans!

Thanks, yea I had no clue the two were so closely related to one another. By the way, great job with the SEXIH-22-301's, by far my favorite jeans in rotation right now, the denim is amazing and is the perfect slim cut (I own all 3 models of the 555's and these win out). How is it that you were able to add the selvage seam to the more recent 301's opposed to the first release when there wasn't a visible selvage seam? Did you take the taper in from the inner thigh seam? (my apologies if this has been asked and answered already)

Iron Heart Jeans, Jackets, Vests, & More

We've just received a large restock of the popular 301s jean from Iron Heart which now has a visible selvedge outseam. We worked with Iron Heart to tweak the way the outer leg is cut to preserve the selvedge edge of the fabric while maintaining the slim tapered fit the 301s is known for. The product page has been updated with the new measurements to reflect this.

We've also received a full restock of the Beatle Buster jean, the 634s, 461, and 9634z jeans. Along with all these jeans we've received Iron Heart's Type III jacket, rider's jackets in both indigo and Super Black, and Super Black denim vests.
