I only have expirience with a pair from 2013. I went TTS and it was way too snug. In my expirience, ive had to size up at least one for the 100% cotton pairs (both raw and non raw)

2013 fits the slimmest out of all the seasons and they usually fit a size bigger after a couple wears

Yes, I remember getting the raw blacks MIJ in 2013. I went TTS (28). They stretched maybe a touch, but never really that comfortable around the waist compared to the more vanity sized LW-SK jeans.
