I'm currently looking for RTW Tweed suits that use a full canvas. I plan to wear this for country outings. It will be rugged which is why I am looking for RTW as it is more affordable than going MTM.

I have seen a few examples online such as Bladen, Wellington of Bilmore, Peter Christian, Harris Tweed company ect. But no information wether any of them have full canvas or not, if there are any brands at all that do that anymore?

Not even Cordings uses full canvas. They use half canvas in their city suits which cost $850. They don't state how the tweed suits are made, but for a 3 piece they are in the $1300 range.

Epaulet does. I’ve never ordered from them before though.
Edit: my mistake. I read this as you looking for mtm

Cording tweed suits are the the pinnacle of the traditional country wear. They use half canvas and some our from real heavy 17oz tweed. I have one and it's amazing. I also have City suits from them and they are great quality and cut. I have them taken in a little but besides that...chefs kiss.

I've read that for heavy duty tweeds, half canvas will usually be totally fine given how the fabric's weight helps it drape/maintain shape. That being said, that's just based off reading this forum - I have no first hand experience!

I mostly agree. My half-canvassed tweeds don't feel like a massive step down from my fully-canvassed ones and in their own way feel like they have more shape than fully canvassed coats in today's "all year" fabrics.

Stewart Christie in Edinburgh has an extensive selection of tweeds.
They offer OTR, MTM and bespoke. I was there several years ago.
An amazing place.
