O I C.

Thanks. I actually got these socks and 8 other pair yesterday at Saks for $45! Merino wool, cashmere, merc cotton....all kinds of good stuff for dirt cheap.

So this morning while trying to squeeze my foot in them I heard a snap. I thought I ripped something. Then I noticed a black strap across the elastic had snapped. All of a sudden the elastic now has some stretch. Before it had no stretch at all. So now I'm wondering, are those straps meant to be cut off???? They are not attached very sturdily. Sure will make it easier to get them on and off. I'm going to post that question on the ST. C site. Cosmetically no impact.

This is the strap that snapped on the other shoe
