This is not from the Sartorialist or, at least, doesn't look like it is. BTW ******** up and the skirt+shorts are undercover not CdG.

He's a Japanese fashion insider, prob going to some fashion event. Contextually it makes a lot more sense than you'd think and he pulls it off with aplomb.

I found that photo out there on the internet. I'm not sure of the original source.

I'm sorry if I was misleading, but since so many other photos from places other than the sartorialist blog have been posted here I didn't think it wrong to continue that trend.
