See this was the kanye I liked, typical rapper clueless about fashion and who didn't think he was some sort of artist or icon who could do anything. Have him get rich, get stylists, move to LA, couple that with his ever growing ego and all of a sudden he thinks he's raf simons while incorporating fashion into his verses. And it's only gotten worse every year.

I find Kanye followers annoying, but Kanye as a fashion designer? It's not so much a line as getting to buy stuff that Kanye would like to MTO from some designer.

Does anyone watch Tokyo Fashion Express? I ran across an episode the other day and there was a pretty cool feature on Mihara Yasuhiro. He showed his collections in Tokyo instead of Paris this past spring. They did a segment on his shoemaking workshop and highlighted some "street-style" accordion player who played the soundtrack to his runway.

Agree and I think it's fair enough for Kanye to put out a line of cool stuff that Raf Simons may have created back in 1998 or 2002 but is no longer otherwise available to buy. The real scandal is the pricing - it's just outrageous/distasteful for Adidas to charge $400+ for t-shirts and $2000+ for nylon bombers when they didn't even come up with the original ideas and are taking no risks.
