A few weekends ago, I managed to pull not just one but both hamstrings while playing a pick-up game of football. I'd had a few beers, didn't stretch, and next thing you know, i'm playing, running, and soon, in pain. THey feel alot better now than they did a couple weeks ago. Can anyone tell me when I can start doing serious exercise again, such as a rowing machine or mountain biking? I assume jogging is out. How about skiing? Thanks.
