This shirt is a really attractive fabric in look and texture, but a tad snug for my liking. The price is $80, which includes USPS Priority shipping to CONUS. Retail price is $150. Shirt did not come with tags on it from Epaulet, but it is new. I've never worn it beyond trying it on.
Measurements are taken from a live listing for EP's Double Indigo Madras shirt by NE Shirt Co., as the cached page for the shirt I am selling does not list the same categories of measurement is inaccurate. I've confirmed all measurements, with slight deviations indicated in parentheses (and these deviations could be user error on my part in flattening the shirt and placing the tape).
Shoulder: 18" (18.25")
Chest: 20"
Sleeves from Shoulder: 26"
Sleeves from Back: 35.5"
Collar: 16" (16.33333")
Length: 30"
Description from EP listing (cached page):
Madras has blown into our shop like that first breeze of springtime. This makeup captures the deep tones of preindustrial upstate New York and the promise of long woodland walks. Bring the transcendental spirit back to the city and dress it up with a stately navy blazer.
Epaulet shirts are cut slim throughout the body and sleeves; a box-pleat at the upper back allows for greater range of motion and two darts in the lower back ensure a close fit. The length is shorter than your average dress shirt, so it may be worn untucked if preferred without looking improper.

Measurements & Sizing
All measurements below are taken with the shirt laid flat. "Sleeves from Back" is measured from the center of the upper back. "Sleeves from Shoulder" is measured from the shoulder seam. Length is measured from the base of the collar (where it attaches to the shirt-body) to the bottom of the tail.
