Japan Domestic Market only Seikos can also be had through seiyajapan.com
I've used them and they are reliable and reputable.
+1. Higuchi is a reliable source as well. I've bought quite a few from him over the years.
I just had a seamless purchase with Chino watch, which was slightly cheaper than the other two.
I used Chino for mine and they were great.Yes, I have heard they are a good source as well.
^have the same watch love it. But for some reason its running a good 5 mins fast each day. Not sure why as I've had the watch for less then a year. Have to get it looked at.
Thanks MSchapiro! I have an Amazon gift card that I will use for a Seiko watch. There are a lot of Seiko watches on Amazon.Yup.
Depends which range though. The standard ones are available through Amazon (although check other sources and price history, I bought a Seiko 5 for $50 and it's now $100).
Massdrop has some interesting ones too if you're willing to wait.
If you want some of the more exotic and interesting domestic models from Japan you can order them from Chino Watch.
SARB065 and SARB035 are probably the sweet spots for value giving a solid automatic movement and the 035 having sapphire.
I like Citizens, but I think Seiko has a bigger range. As my budget has grown I have found much nicer Seikos available.Any reason why Seiko is far more popular here than Citizen? I prefer the styling of Citizen, but was curious if there were quality issues or something...
is amazon a good plce to get a seiko?
