Please enlighten me, need to understand some shoes

Ok have tried or own the following:
Santoni FAM eu43 Wholecut, captoe & chelsa
EG 888 95E 110 Telford
C&J 248 95E (yes 248, not 348 ...) a 05 Grosvenor
Chuch custom grade 95F Consul (a classic, from an Outlet so cant complain)

So what should i be looking for in a Kiton, or a Lobb for that matter?

Size and last for JL if possible, looking at a JL william or WII, or the spilttoe (cant remember the name, not the monk) Maybe I should drop Nick a mail ...

For Kiton I'm assuming no much difference to my FAM's but would appreciate possible confirmation from some one who has any of the above mentioned
