Michael Madsen is now going for the "Spector" look too, but he's not curly enough to pull it off with such panache:

Well, Madsen is, after all, Mr. Blonde. If you make fun of his hair, he'll cut your ear off.

Little-known cinematic trivia: Madsen played a similar psycho in "Kill Me Again" (starring Val Kilmer and Joanne Whalley-Kilmer).  Tarantino saw that movie and cast Madsen as Mr. Blonde.

...and a couple of sticks of dynamite, detonators, his own explosives technician... hell, I think he has Clint Eastwood in there ready to reprise his "Escape From Alcatraz" role.

Either that or he started going to Don King's barber.

There is perhaps a method in the madness here. Very fitting that the producer responsible for creating the "Wall of Sound" creates the "Wall of Hair" look for himself.

On the bright side, earlier that day Mr. Spector was selected as the Los Angeles representative in Esquire Magazine's Best-Dressed Real Man In America Contest.  Celebrity judge Caron Butler, Los Angeles Lakers guard, praised Spector's "casual insouciance."
