That's Karin Dreijer Andersson, known on stage and in fact more commonly as Fever Ray. I've seen her live with her band twice in Sweden (her home country). You may have heard of The Knife the previous band she had with her brother. Her gimmick is that she never shows her face in public and hasn't done for well over 10 years.

Me too. I saw Fever Ray live at the Arvika Festival in 2010, late at night, it was fantastic, all the band members are as freakily attired as she is, when you can see them. The keyboard player had a 2 foot black "Marge Simpson" hairdo for example, and the stage was like a sitting room, lit only by old fashioned table and standard lamps. Occasionally you'd catch a glimpse of a freaky doll in a chair or some other scary item on the stage. This link is not the gig I was at. I include this short snippet because the visual quality is one of the best ones on Youtube.
