More lifestyle shenanigans. This actually took place a little while ago; a private view of work by an old friend of mine, Ian Bruce, also a dandy and dancer-singer:

The show was based around work created for Ian in exchange for his portraits of the subjects. The first link also features a suit tailored for him by Jonathan Quearney, whom I believe to be formerly of A&S and, at the very least, formerly mentored by Thomas Mahon. Ian's portrait of S*b*st**n H*rsl*y, man of moral turpitude, was auctioned off over the weekend. I'm curious as to what it made - turns out the man who can't get into the States might just fund the transplanting of Ian's show to New York Bonus:
