So how does Johnny hook up with the alien? All I see is a mouth.

Forgot to say don't read the new Neil Gaiman piece unless you want to be very depressed and disgusted. (new to me at least, not sure how widely it was known)

Posted about it in CE. It's deprived stuff and not what you want to find out about one of your favorite authors.

He is trying to blame it on his ex wife wanting to screw his career over but several of the victims had said bad things about her too.

Yeah, he was raised a $cientologist. They see nothing wrong with that stuff, so it's not surprising...

There’s a reason I quit actually reading comics ages ago. Oy.

Is it really any weirder than Siver Age Supergirl’s horse wanting to hook up with her?

Omniman has babies with space bugs in Invincible.

Thanos is madly in love with Death.

Comics can be strange sometimes.

Well, of course. Is it another hobby/kid thing that was ruined by adults who refuse to let go?

I think it's a built-in problem when you have a character/story that has to keep cranking along, month after month, for literal decades. At some point things are going to get 1) weird or 2) super repetitive and boring or 3) both?

Possibly, but mainly only for folks who read for too long and see the struggle for new plots and weird storylines.

I guess you hadn’t heard of ESPN’s newest 30 for 30, Girl v Horse (real, I’m not joking)

[and I’m not linking so you’ll have to google ‘girl v horse’, hopefully on your work computer]
I, for one, am curious to find out if she can beat the horse.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
