Or actually shipped orders
I remember the talk about the problems during their last sales period. I live in the UK and personally I have had no issues at all receiving complete orders many times plus returns/refunds dealt with quickly. The thing I noticed is the non-existent customer service. I have never received a reply.

Didn't see this one mentioned yet, but Just One Eye started their sale a few days ago.

FYI they generally drop everything to 50% off straight away and do no do further drops. The sale stays the same until they take it all off the website for their annual warehouse sale, so if there's something you want don't wait for more drops.

haven 30% off is live
Excellent - just picked up another pair of Needles Remade Dickies. My contractor friend both marvels at them, and thinks that I am insane. In my defense, I took a pair at $20 to the tocal (quite capable) seamstress to see what she would think about making all the changes (rivets, extra contrast stitching, putting darts in the knees), and she quoted me $100, so I guess that I'm paying, on sale, at least, a fair price for the design. I certainly never thought about most of the changes myself, and the "upgrades" definitely stand out.

I'm glad you had luck. I only found 1 thing and the US shipping kinda defeated the sale

Other retailers (Yeah, I'm looking at you Union Made) are selling them for $370. The USD price of $199, even with the additional $30 CAD shipping, brings them to under Japanese retail shipped. That, to me, is a win.

Needles rebuild is pretty awesome yeah. I've been wanting to talk about the dimension jeans for a while but haven't gotten a chance to. I bought them for Japanese retail, think it was ~$250, at the Nepenthes store in Tokyo (super super awesome place with wonderful staff, gave me a Needles mag for free) and I've been wearing them any chance I get.

Are the pieces actually re-used garments? It seems so because the knees on my jeans blew out within a few weeks of wear. Seems like they were really thin in the first place. Also the seam curvature makes it a little tough to take the jeans on and off. With that said, I still love my pair. Very interesting cut and may look a little "fobby" what with how the jean looks but the details, fading, stitching, are all top notch. Love the cut too. My favorite piece that I was able to pick up in Japan (couldn't buy much there as they don't make much clothing that'll fit a 6' + wide shoulder frame).

And just so I'm not off topic, tres-bien code:

The Needles Dickies are not made from vintage garments. And man do they rock.
