Really? Maybe it's been on a roll out plan. I just bought two items in the last couple of weeks -- one from the full retail section, another from the sale section. Neither order got charged tax (just double checked).

It's also possible that your state just started requiring tax collection for online purchases in 2017 which is why you weren't hit in 2016 but were if you ordered today.

Is $288 a good price for the Robert Geller x Common Projects Chelsea boots on Totokaelo? I've been wanting a pair of chelseas and had basically narrowed it down to RM Williams, but I like the look of these a lot. Anyone know how they compare quality-wise?

Price wise I think this is the lowest I've seen in the past few months, they are usually $350ish on sale.

First post here - does anyone who owns the geller x cp chelseas have feedback/thoughts on them? The sole seems a bit off to me, it looks a bit unstructured, and the shaft opening seems a bit too big (not sure if it's just me or if I'm even using the right terms!)

Robert Geller thread has a lot of info on them but many people have stated the opening is big and it is not goodyearwelt or anything

I just got them - I'm pleased with them, except they're a bit tight.
Any Chelseas with zip side openings is going to be a bit loose at the ankle, I can deal with the heel slippage. Then again, I consider Chelseas to be going out shoes only - i.e. I wouldn't walk around all day in them.
