Unique codes but you can basically generate as many as you like through their 'refer-a-friend programme'

What's up with all those European companies which only have sales exclusively for Americans?
What's the reasoning behind this?

Probably because Americans are mostly the only ones throwing away their money on superficialities and most of the stores are able to legally charge almost 3 times more than they do in EU. Plus I think there are EU Laws that prohibit too many sales so these stores might just want to be able to move stuff as quickly as possible.

Then enter your (or any new) email to 'retrieve code'. They'll send a unique code to the new email address being referred. Nice find. The pop-up does show up but when I enter my name and email it says I'm not a member of the refer a friend program. I couldn't figure out how to change that.
