Yes, they are transparent about charging duties when you pay for the item. But they don't take them off if it's a US-made item being shipped to the US.

That's what I read on this forum, but I got charged duties for something that fit that description. I'd say that is definitely wrong.

That's what I said, they don't remove the duties and you get charged. At least in my experience.

The corner looks to have marked down items that weren't all the way to 50%, to 50%. MMM GAT's in good sizes $235, $298 for Pollocks. Many pairs of filling pieces for cheap.

Edit: Just received a 60% off e-mail from the corner store. So some items are 60%, and others truly 50%.

Yes, and you can even use the UK site. You should get it once you create an account with a proper address that wouldn't get charged VAT. I usually get hit with 10% in customs though. That's not bad when you consider they charge only ~ $12 for FedEx.
