Also, the sizing chart is completly and utterly wrong. I am 5'11" and 180 lbs, and a normal 40, at this point. A size 38 in Aero fits me nearly perfectly in the cafe racer. They say that a 38 corresponds on an XS. I am not an XS anywhere except maybe in Samoa.

Lots of different manufacturers make shoes for them, but most of the shoes priced at $395 are by Crockett & Jones. If you click on the shoe for more info, they even tell you which C&J last. Their descriptions usually tell which shoes are made by Sanders as well. Other manufacturers are less obvious.
