bad luck man, i emailed them and they priced matched CP down to 265USD shipped... now to see they get hit with duties arriving into canada with usps

Doesn't have to be the same size, but it does have to be same color/model and in stock.
They also don't deduct VAT, they only price match the listed online price.

Did you pay using Paypal? Or did the email confirmation have your new address? If so you should do a chargeback from your credit card.
