I've only owned size 2's from TB in the past, never anything by neck size. I'm guessing a size 2 would be about a 16R?

Bought a few in different sizes. Always love the fit though.

theoretically, Size 3 TB = 40R (suit) = 16 (shirt/neck)

I wasn't too sure about sizing either. I'm a 36 chest and ordered a 14.5 (which is a 37/S according to the tags in the pictures), I have a feeling I might have to size up to a 15.
