If anyone lives in LA, the Barneys today had a good amount of good stuff. Shoes 30% off + 15%, designers 45% off + 15%, more streetwise 35% + 15%. It was a bit of a madhouse today. I don’t expect much good stuff after this wknd

Is it the same as what they are offering online because currently it’s +15% at online site. Or slightly better price?

Haven't heard anything about my return. No reply to email apart from automated response and their phones immediately say "all operators are busy. Not looking good.

Got someone on the phone after trying a lot. My order was taking some time since it was backordered. I got the first UPS package (actually not quite yet since I choose to self clear it but it's soon to be delivered). The person on the phone told me I would get a email with tracking number when my orders ship but got this one out of the blue. Will see for the second one. But yeah expect minimum service.

BNY in store and online are the same. U just get to see it first hand. There are probs some items not online in store. Like I picked up cdg play on sale. Saw rimowa, which isn’t online... etc... so it’s a different inventory system.
