Also remember if you hit the Barbour outlet in Kittery, ME, the Orivs outlet is next door with a decent selection of Barbour as well. I ended up finding my Flyweight Sapper jacket at the Orvis outlet for almost 70% off the sticker. It was a first quality, discontinued item.

Just talking to another member about Barbour just now and he mentioned he bought from Endlcothing.

They have the international short for $179 plus shipping ($15). Which is a steal, IMO. I was at the Barbour store a few weeks back and I think it was $300 - $400. They ship by Fedex though, so you may be mindful that there might be a duties charge, but the member I spoke to did not have an issue with it.

Kittery had to stop selling tokito and mcqueen to keep it unique/valuable. i think it would be a similar situation to RRL where people just sit on things until they find them in the outlets / on sale.

Yeah but Kittery and Milford are the only Barbour outlets in the US. If they dont sell out of season stuff it wont go anywhere

yeah, I think theyre doing increasingly low numbers on the limited edition gear in terms of volume so as to avoid that. I know our store in portland held on to a few fall models (because better that than they rot in a warehouse in NH)

Is the McQueen line better, or just on par, with the regular Barbour line?
