Yes. It's because the old Highland factory near Bangor--where they had been sourcing their handsewns from--closed up shop in 2017. Since then, Rancourt has been supplying OSB. I am a 13 per the Brannock device, but just as you found, the OSB mocs were a perfect fit for me one full size down to a 12. The "new" 12 from Rancourt is impossibly tight, and while the 13 fits ok initially, there's too much slop after a few days of break-in. The 12.5 would probably be perfect, except for one minor problem: they do not offer a size 12 1/2.Did anyone else notice different fits with the boat shoe? I used to be a full size down (I wear US10 in most shoes but US9 in OSB boat shoes). I ordered the 9 and then exchanged for 9.5.
