You need excess fat in order to build muscle. Kinda along the lines of bodybuilders who pick up 40-50lbs in the off-season.

I'm pretty tall and skinny, but the guys wearing the RLPL or Thom Browne stuff look ridiculous. When I try on PL I think "Thank god I don't look like those sickly models on the web-site" not "Oh man, I need to loose weight". If I looked like those models did I wouldn't buy the clothes. Who would take anyone seriously that looked like that all the time?
