Herman TC Pants from F/W13 that have had the inseam altered by a tailor. I don't remember the original inseam length, but the current length is 27". The leg opening is the same at ~7.5" and the waist is 16" (yes they are a 30, they run a little big around the waist—would be fine with a belt).
The inside button is not there anymore as I accidentally ripped it off and the button on the right back pocket is loose (both pictured).
