I've bought 1 pair of Nikes in all of 2014. I will never buy another pair of Jordans again and that's a fact.

JB has always been in the business of making money. Except, once upon a time, they didn't completely **** and pillage every model so there was at least some allure which remained.

When it was announced that they were retroing the NA 1's, I was probably one of the most excited people there was.

And then this happened:

700

And this:

700

As a consumer, I'm not going to sit here and pretend like this is OK. Hence why I'm not giving them any of my money. It's one thing to ***** and moan and then line up for the next Saturday release. It's another to stick to your guns.

The year hasn't finished yet, my friend.

Kudos to you but the shoes still sell out within seconds. The sneakers are popular now than they were when he was playing.

As long as they continue to make major bread, they will continue to make them.

That once upon a time story is no longer in valid. This is coming from someone who remembers when Jordans were sold at Sears and JC Penney. New generation. New money.

"That once upon a time story is no longer in valid."

Exactly. Which is why I'm opting out.

really want to like the flyknit free 4s I got, but part of me doesn't think they're gonna work for training/lifting stuff, and lunar 2s looks like they're gonna be too bulky--wish I'd bought a couple pair when I bought my lunar 1s.

If anyone is still looking for the RT AF1 lows, the Barney's in SF had the white pair in stock. Didn't inquire about sizes though.
