This is a brand new, unworn button front shirt made by Gustin. It is gingham/checked with white and different shades of blue and red. The fabric is a Japanese cotton cloth, 3.5 ounces. It was sewn in the USA. It has mother of pearl buttons. It has a button down collar, with a third button through the back collar (see photo). It has a center pleat with a loop (see photo), and it has a pocket on the left chest. The bottom button on the front features Gustin's signature horizontal buttonhole with red stitching (see photo).
Gustin shirts come in different fits. This shirt is "classic fit," size medium. The measurements from Gustin's website:

Waist (6" down underarm) 41 1/2
