As the title suggests, I'll be relocating to Fukuoka, Japan in a few months due to work and I'm wondering if you guys can recommend any tailor/shirt makers in or near Fukuoka? Preferrably one that can understand English to some extent. (Yes, I'm going to learn Japanese so that hopefully would widen my choices in the future)

I would also like to know if it's ok for me to bring my own fabrics?

Are you looking for a fully bespoke tailor, or would made to measure be acceptable?
It looks like Tailor Blades does trunk shows with Yohei Fukuda. https://blades-fukuoka.co.jp/concept/
You might consider visiting Corno Blu and asking Seigaku-san if he can recommend anyone in town.

Fukuoka Mitsukoshi Department Store has a corner for ordering men's suits and shirts, and they might have someone who speaks English.
