I suppose it's the adjective -- and possibly adverb as well -- for 'chav.'

The photo below has a 'chavy' feel to it.

chavs.jpg

According to Wikipedia, a chav (pronounced /ˈtʃæv/ chav) is a stereotype of certain people in the United Kingdom. Also known as a charver in Yorkshire and North East England[1] "chavs" are said to be aggressive teenagers and young adults, of working class background, who repeatedly engage in anti-social behaviour such as street drinking, drug abuse and rowdiness, or other forms of juvenile delinquency.

For some strange reason, Chavs seem to like -- perhaps liked ... I don't keep up with what's current -- Burburry logo cloth.

Donnay shoes , Fred Perry polo shirts , virgin white trainers , mobile phones screwed to their ears , tracksuit bottoms and pit-bulls..

They also love impregnating very young girls and leave the rest of society paying for their upbringings..

Support. I cringe when I hear people using the term in reference to moral assistance.

Do you consider "absolutely" an overemphasis of the term "yes"?
Yes. Absolutely!

The definition I intended was as follows: definitely and completely; unquestionably.
