Yeah that seems like it would work better than having saved measurements. If we had saved measurements then Luxire would need go in and adjust them if you adjusted them for an order.

Depends on the scale of the order and type (jacket, pants, new pattern, etc), I would just email them and ask them when you can expect your order.

Now during the summer I have received my orders after one week. It was some 4-6 weeks during spring. Months are not normal now and would indicate that as fabric had to be ordered for your order. You always get the best answer if you ask them. They usually answer with a fresh days.

I already asked once a month ago. The order included 2 pairs of trousers and nothing was backordered. I was told one pair was finished and one pair was almost finished and they would both ship within a week. That was a month ago and I haven't received anything or been contacted since. I will contact them again. I was just curious if anyone else was having this problem. Thanks for the replies.

Seems from this thread anyways that it's hit and miss.

Communication could be better I guess but I won't lose any sleep over it.

I received an email from Ashish and we are currently at 9! As mentioned I will order another pair if necessary, but there has to be at least one other member ready to order. The cloth has been ordered in advance of the total, so there should be no hold up for those who have already joined.

If you are still on the fence, its time to get over it. You will not be sorry.
