Just to expand on this, what about pants?

Could one order and expect to have a pair by the end of Nov?

I ordered a pair of jeans and two shirts on the 18. of september. Not gotten any shipment notification yet, but hoping for a mail in 1 week or 2, making it 4 or 5 weeks. Think about 5 weeks is realistic if your order includes pants.

Last time I ordered pants and a shirt it was sent after 5 weeks and three days.

I ordered some with my recent shirt order, along with some Fresco swatches, can't wait to see them...

Thanks for the detailed description! How much did you pay for customs? I measured two shirts that fit me pretty much perfectly, so I hope the shirt will turn out all right. If that's the case I see no reason for ever buying a standard RTW shirt anymore. Might just order a couple of shirts with your beefy BD collar next!

Customs: about £20ish IIRC, inclusive of FedEx's silly admin fee.
Copying: Luxire seem to excel at this, provided your measuring is up to scratch; they did it perfectly.
Collars: I look forward to seeing them!

I ordered a shirt on September 25th and received shipment notification on October 8th and looks to be delivered tomorrow (Oct 11th). That is 17 days. Very good.

Getting responses on emails is another thing. I always have to send repeat emails after a few days because I never receive an answer.

I remember the days of 1 week turn around between order and delivery. Those were magical days :)

Luxire's success is well earned, they do good work...

+1 to getting responses on emails, it is pretty annoying now. I've been trying to get a shirt remade for weeks, and it's taking so long because of the wait time between emails. I've agreed to just pay the return shipping for the new shirt because if I kept arguing over email it would probably never get remade. I'm still waiting for one last response so they can confirm the measurement changes and for them to send me my invoice for the return shipping.

Curious on the shirt order wait time at the moment. How many weeks is the current average to ship?

Ordered shirt on September 22nd. It shipped on October 5th, arrived October 10th.

I normally dont like to post this in here, but anyone gotten responses on emails lately?
I've ordered 10 days ago and wanted something confirmed via email, but havent heard back (sent another mail a few days ago).
It's no big deal as long as the order works out fine, but maybe there is something broken on their end (like the mail server thing months ago).

They do respond to emails slowly, but they have done so eventually without duplicate emails, for me at least.

Luckily I am still in the conceptual phase with my custom jacket concept. It would be more frustrating while in execution stage I suspect. So I will have to weigh that negative later...

Just awaiting delivery of the selvedge denims, will then add all of those together to offer a good selection of denim options.

The flannel lined shirt-jacket can be done. We do have a good selection of cotton-flannels to choose from.

Hi Luxire,

Since there are more denim options now, what do you think a jean jacket with flannel lining might cost? Could you give some ranges or do you need me to select the materials first?
