Will there be a leather patch available for your jeans?
linen chambray shirt
really happy with my fit right now, and now those aren't my nipples, was just lazy with the ironing.
this one fits a little bit looser than my normal shirts.
Shouldn't the sleeve seam lie a bit more parallel to the side seam on the jacket?
Yeah, that was one of the latest ones I had them make for me and it is very nice for the price. Goes with virtually all trousers. I ordered it after I saw so many recommendations for it and it lives up to the reputation. The sky blue oxford is excellent, my go to shirts.
got my shirt in the linen chambray in
fabric close up:
thoughts:
I like the fabric a lot. It's definitely very casual, but has a great texture and a lot of depth. It's a medium weight linen, and it's somewhat rough to the touch, so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with especially sensitive skin.
I've also noticed that certain fabrics make up slimmer than others (despite having identical measurements from shirt-to-shirt), and this is more of a looser fitting fabric.
I don't know if I'd order another shirt in this fabric (it's pretty unique), but I'm very happy with it for the price. Should be great for the summer.
Go for the pique....I want some of those but my girlfriend said I have enough solid blue (3) and solid pink (2)... she's crazy!
Going for more casual shirts on the next run. Just not sure what kinds. I've got maybe 3 ginghams and one tattersall (sp). Need to stop being so picky.
Can be added in the color of your choice, in the requested areas. Will be an additional charge, based on what is requested.
Spurious,
He discussed the fabric on the last page of this thread; I quoted it for you below. I just got a shirt in this same linen chambray fabric (different color) a couple days ago and agree with everything Teger said (the roughness doesn't bother me at all). Definitely looser fitting than other Luxire shirts but for a casual summer shirt that's fine with me.
