I'd like to see a pages option on the site for the products rather than infinite scrolling. I keep losing my place on the site, so a pages option would help me navigate back to where I was before I got sidetracked.

The infinite scroll might be useful to some, but I just find it just keeps going and going.

Some of the features in the new website:

1. Pay in your own currency. No currency conversion and no foreign transaction fees.
2. Inch or CM measuring units
3. Pre-defined popular styles. Choose from the most popular styles with just a single click.
4. Customize everything. Hundreds of options to define your requirements exactly the way you want them.
5. Standard-measurements to garment-measurement converter. Body-measurement to garment-measurement converter. Removes uncertainties and allows customization.
6. Easy fabric selector.
7. Easy swatch ordering.
8. Weight, stiffness and thickness for most fabrics shown.

No love for CAD? It's ok we're used to it.

We have changed our standard MOP buttons. Last year, we met a new button-maker in Italy whose knowledge about buttons, shells and horns really impressed us. On reviewing our standard buttons, he was of the suggestion that we modify them to be easier to use and look better.
We were not sure as the buttons would appear a bit thinner even though they were not as thin. The idea was to add a concave shape at the bottom, which would make buttoning easy. It would also increase our cost per button by about 20%.

After not being sure for too long, we decided to take the plunge. Below are the images of the buttons. We got made a small quantity and are shipping them on shirts these days. Depending on the feedback, we will either stick with these, or go back to the older ones or make further changes.

My first shirts with these new mop buttons have arrived today.
I have to say that these are the best I have ever seen. Thick but not too thick and easy to button not like the old ones.
They look simply stunning!
I don't know if you have got any more feedback yet but I say keep these at all cost.

We build eComm software and the infinite scroll is the most loved and hated feature of our platform.

Will be asking for the new buttons with my next order too.

Was at my local dry cleaner last week and they mentioned they could not machine press the shirts and it would cost $7.50 to launder and hand press because of the buttons. I passed.

+1 for the new buttons. I did not ask for them--they appear to be the new default. They look great and are much easier to button than the old ones.

Is there a way to store fabrics you identify as possibilities and styles you create in a wish list on your account?

+1 on this. Be good to be able to "favorite" fabrics in consideration.

btw......was this mentioned?.....when I scroll and shop, I hate that when i pick a fabric to review, and then go back, i have to start all over from the first pg.
I usually open in a new tab, so I don't lose my place, but would be better if you click on a fabric and return to that spot.

light neck band lining vs no lining.......both not fused:

did u notice a difference in collar's ability to hold its upright position?

I prefer soft comfy collar. My first lux shirt was both unlined and unfused.....Id like to step up my next collar to be a bit less floppy.......

any insight????

what gives a collar more body?.....the neck band or the collar itself?...

I generally do a bd style.....90% of the time

thnx!!

I did not find any option to put in custom notes.

Go into "Make New Style" / "Edit Style" - > Scroll down to "Additional Options" -> The last option is "Custom notes"

We are trying to find a solution to it. May add the row number to the URL as you keep scrolling and have "back" bring you back to the right row.

No love for CAD? It's ok we're used to it.

Sorry to have missed. Was part of the currency list. Will get it added.

Not yet, but in progress.

While we find a solution, the "Quick View" is a good option to look at all the details without "going in" or losing your place on the scroll.

How to improve this fit? First fit test shirt by Luxire.

Armhole is way to tight and needs to be increased. Any suggestions?

Has anyone tried to replicate this button down collar from Proper Cloth? Or if anyone has a button down that looks similar to this and would be able to share pics.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
