Glad to add more. We have a good amount of options so will need to know what is the kind we should add.
I've been looking at sending you denims to have made up, so it would be great to see some in stock. I only buy Japanese (selvedge) denim. In particular would be interested to see: true (natural) indigo, kakishibu, zimbabwe cottons, cotton linen blends, and denim with more variation (and slub) to the weave rather than a super uniform machine loomed product.

Where do you buy your denim from? The only seller I know of (in the US) is Pacific Blue.

Anyone has the Rust (orange-brownish) trial pants from Luxire? Am I the only one to think they're a ***** to iron? For the life of me, I can't seem to press them properly. And they attract lint/hair like crazy.
Can someone confirm? I absolutely hate it when trousers attract lint/hair, it is my number 1 frustration.

Thank you Roman. The edge stitching option will be added.
-------------------

On NOTES:

There are options to add image and notes for most selectable items. Like, if one chooses custom collar, one can describe collar with the different options like spread, height, lining etc and then also add images, notes, for the collar style. Some for cuffs, gussets, pockets etc.

There is no separate option for just notes so that someone doesn't just dump an interpretation of the bible in there for us to try and makes sense out of.

The process is not restrictive at all. It just follows an order and flow that is unambiguous and is much easier to process. Will ease the reason for delay in most orders.

Will be glad to know the scenarios that cannot be ordered using the current fields and options.

Can luxire create shirring on shirt shoulders?

Yep, all my shirt have shirring. Luxire has done a great job refining this option over the years.

For someone who passed on the recent Minnis flannel sale and subsequently ripped his pair of mid-grey flannels, what are some good Luxire options? I do not see a Minnis mid-grey option. I found a 14 oz Dugdale worsted flannel option. The VBC look too light at 9 oz. Anything else I should take a look at?

I have the 9 oz and the 12 oz VBC. The mid grey 12 oz is great. It is almost as heavy as the Minnis which I also have.

Having purchased quite a few shirts and a number of trousers from Luxire, I've found the ordering process quite straightforward—the web-site accommodates these quite well.

I very much hope that at some point the new web-site will offer a step-by-step guide to ordering sport coats and suits; I take it the process is rather more complex, but I have never been able to find it explained anywhere on the site (given the shortcomings of the current site it's certainly possible that it's there somewhere and I've simply been unable to find it).

Cheers,

Ac

Thank you Roman. The edge stitching option will be added.

That would be very helpful. Thanks! I am sure that a lot of customers will like the option of having the collar and cuffs with edge stitching! Great work!

This is, of course, completely understandable. I can well imagine that it is quite challenging to keep the flexibility that is much valued by so many Luxire customers while ensuring that orders are coming in in a form that is easy to handle and to process (I understand that general custom notes might cause more work). I also believe that most of the design requests are easily chosen by using the current fields and options.

It is difficult to tell which "scenarios" are missing in the current fields and options – the future will tell.

In my opinion, one customization which might be requested but which cannot be selected in the current version of Luxire's future Website might be a monogram option for pants (e.g. Order #20347). Or maybe the possibility to choose the buttonhole thread color for shirts.

Cheers,
Roman
