This is probably more of a late 90's look, but I have a bit of a situation where I may have to go with it. The background is, I once used to be much larger and at one point weighed in excess of 470 pounds. I have since lost 300 pounds but that doesn't come without issues. I ended up with a lot of loose and excess skin. I had surgery to remove excess skin around my waist and lower body. I'm currently 6 foot and 170 pounds and have a trim torso now but I still have a lot of loose hanging skin on my upper arms from about my elbow to my shoulder. Wearing short sleeve shirts exposes that skin. Currently I wear either long sleeve button shirts and roll up the sleeves to my elbow in the summer. I also wear a lot of 3/4 sleeve shirts but they mostly are the same style a finding different style 3/4 sleeve shirts isn't easy. I would like to wear some short sleeve T shirts. I was thinking of getting a plain white 3/4 sleeve shirt as an undershirt and wear the tee on top of it. Basically what would be exposed would be from the end of the sleeve on the tee to about my elbow. This would be worn in more casual settings. Would this be a bad look or very noticeable? In a perfect world I wouldn't be wearing a longer sleeve shirt under a short sleeve. If I do, should I still with white or go with a sleeve color closer to the short sleeve shirt I would be wearing as I means of blending in?
