London tailor recommendations for barleycorn tweed 'Goldfinger' hacking jacket.

I want to get my own version of the well-known Goldfinger Hacking Jacket as worn by Sean Connery. For those of you not familiar with the jacket details of it can be found at Matt Spaiser's blog.

While I would love to get a fully bespoke jacket my budget will more realistically allow for a Made-to-Measure variant, which I would prefer will a full canvas.

Can anyone recommend a tailor that will best suit my needs in the London area? How hard do you think it will be to acquire a barleycorn tweed fabric that best matches the type seen in the film?

Cheers in advance!

I have no suggestions for a tailor, but I can guarantee that a suitable barleycorn tweed is easy to come by.
