Noob still, aiming to get to 10 a set first. On a side note, what pull-up bars do you folks use at home (if at all)?

I'm using this one. Have another one lying around here that does not have any grips, but my calluses were almost torn off after the fourth pullup.

+ 50 = 40903

I can't believe that I haven't posted here for over a week - anyway, 4 pullup days since then.
40487 + 101 + 110 + 105 + 112 = 40828
I am on for 5x over 100 this week.
My highest DB bench ever has been 105 lbs a hand x3, and at that point I was 155 lbs, and between 7-8% bf. I was also in my 20s.
I don't do much bench at all, and the last time I did anything over 90 hand, it was 95x10, which I thought was decent considering I was nowhere near to failure at any point. Clearly, I need to push a lot more though to keep up.

I find warming up with 80s to be a waste of time so going to start with 90s next time but it is my strongest lift for some reason.

So I don't get it, do we just say how many pullups we're going to do and proceed to accomplish it?

In that case, I can confidently say I'll do at least 100 between now and new years.

+ 40 = 41018

so...+100

=41118

41118 + 60 = 41178

That's 60 with a recent shoulder girdle strain. 10 reps bw feels as weak as hell now :(

Awesome thread! I superset pull-ups and dips 3 days a week. I average about 30 per workout.

Go ahead and add 800 as I've been going at it for 9 weeks!

42166 + 36 = 42202

Got my max back up to 15. Maybe could have gotten 16 but it would be ugly for sure. When I can get to 17-18 I'll go for muscle ups.
