Less fine wool better for starting suits? S110 vs S140

So I'm looking to purchase my first two "staple" suits that I will use for a new teaching job in Japan. I already have a navy blue pinstripe suit (hugo boss I believe) that I purchased from Nordstrom's Rack not too long ago, but it really doesn't fit me well. I believe that a suit will be my daily M-F wear for this job so I would like to purchase something that is going to be both comfortable and durable.

After doing quite a bit of reading it seems my best options for a suit in the sub $500 range will be either a Benjamin from ehaberdasher or a Napoli from Suit Supply. One thing that stands out between the two is the fabric, the Benjamin uses a S140 and Suit Supply uses a S110. Considering that these suits will likely see frequent use am I better off going with a less fine wool? Also, I don't know where in Japan I will be living yet so climate and cleaning options are both unknown.

If potential fit is a consideration, I'm 6'2" 190lbs. and so far the best OTR fitting suit I've found is a Brooks Bros. 41L Milano. Your feedback is appreciated!

I recently purchased the Napoli from Suit Supply. I am sized similar to you, 6'2", 195lb, in a fairly good shape, and it fits great! The only alteration was letting out the pants in the back an inch (or two).

What turns me off the Napoli is the RLBL-style shoulders. I prefer a more natural shoulder...
