It was just an in store sale here in Canada from what I understood.

Very very nice. I was personally eyeing the black myself. How does it look on? I find the model on the S&S website looks really odd for some reason.

I probably would have gone for black if it had been an option but the brown was all they had. Its fits a lot better than it does on the S&S model. It looks like he's wearing one a size too large. This is a slightly more accurate representation of how it fits.
