Funny story, I bought a Uniqlo thermal via eBay before they had stores in the USA and its a a size medium.

Recently I bought some more Uniqlo thermals in USA, size XS and S, guess what the XS (which really should be a regular size S in the USA but vanity sizing sigh) lined up perfectly with a size M from Japan. Anyways I wanted a tighter fit and the thermal stretches so its fine but regardless I find that funny.

Yes well I often end up buying spare tees at Uniqlo in SE asia (various markets) and they're roughly one size smaller than EU sizing. Dunno if they just scale down one size but for a super sharp retailer like Uniqlo I assume it is a little bit more efficiently tweaked than this. As a consumer though I just do a one size up switch in SE asia markets and it works fine.

Pretty sure it’s scaled down, I’ve noticed that Snowpeak puts both US size and Japan size on some things that are sold in both markets.

Thoughts on the James Grose Clubman? Comes in sheep and cowhide. I can already see the need to fold the neck flap in on itself and snap it inside to avoid the limp penis thing its got going on.

Agree, the IH is much nicer. Personally I prefer this style without the hand warmer pockets but can't argue the functionality. The IH collar is also a better style IMO.

Hmmmmm, didn't know that existed. Not sure how I feel about the lightweight leather though. I have to admit the FCL Raymond leather was amazing. Thick, yet pliable and soft. Part of the reason I returned the Buco J-100. I felt like I was just wearing a cardboard shirt. Too thin.

Uh-oh. Looks like no zips on the hand pockets. That's bad.

Wow that looks amazing. Me, though, I'm not a fan of super shiny leathers. I'm not trying to be Mr. Bling-Bling and the center of attention or anything. I actually like the more muted tones.
