Thats fair but when are you sitting (besides on a motorcycle) with a jacket zipped up. I just think that gap doesn't look good fashion wise. Most ppl get Aero to extend the zipper to fill that gap for example

Hmm, good point here. I may have to take this into consideration. I’m getting Aero Seven in Dark Seal Vicenza Horsehide from Thurston Brothers. The fit jacket is supposed to arrive later this week.

Ha ha. ::eyeroll::

I'm a big fan of the two way zipper. Lewis leathers does it by default I think? They make some pretty classic jackets.
It's considered very "Euro". Which is not a compliment and is associated with soft, babied leathers and other suspect things.

But but but Aero and Lewis are both UK companies?

Well anyway Lewis is going to have to get with the Brexit program and get back down to brass tacks, making their zippers one-way and in the traditional English material for zippers of Red Lester cheese as described in King AETHELWULF's early treatise, "Dēofol Zipper."

you can also have the pockets slanted and choose where you want the cuff zip pockets. lots of little details, make sure you ask thurston.

Yep, that’s the plan. I already have some ideas, i.e. slightly slanted chest pockets, no zippers on hand warmer pockets (possibly), August style collar, single “V” back yoke, no kidney panel to name a few...
