Sorry, I just saw this.

The cut is fairly generous on the top (mid-high rise, and etc) and then taper down through knee to the end. Very flattering based on current sartorial trend.

The thigh for size 46 is 12.5" straight across the leg from the crotch. Knee is 9.25" (measured 14" down from crotch).
