Black waxed cotton body with poly-fill insulation, goat fur collar trim. Made in Canada, with seriously heavy-duty hardware inc. RiRi zips; not much else short of a Nigel Cabourn piece is this well made.
Condition: Has been worn for several Canadian winters. Waxed cotton needs a re-proofing with saddle soap (as recommended on garment care label) or wax. Lining shows signs of discoloration (see pics). Lining on hip pockets is worn, although pockets themselves are perfectly functional. Would rate at 6.5-7 out of 10. That said, this year's version runs $1,000+, so this is a good deal for a vintage garment. In my opinion, will last for quite a few years with regular re-waxing.
Measurements: armpit to armpit 21 inches, length from base of collar to rear hem: 31 inches.
