Not fond of Museum Leather and marbled colours, but these more subdued versions, called Misty, are quite attractive.

One of my bespoke pairs is grape (not sure if it's grape burnished) and it's not red at all. I can't find any pictures of it on my phone but I'm sure if you scroll back enough it's been posted on this thread.

I had a pair of shoes in Grape Misty Calf and I would say it's a very deep burgundy, bordering on purple hue which is quite nice. Definitely not *too* red!

Awesome, thanks! Went with the Jermyn II in grape misty calf, they look quite reddish on the pics but if they are as you described them, sounds perfect!
