DRKSHDW, the Rick Owens original have a way wider toe cap. The DRKSHDW are a closer silhouette to a normal converse high top. Thanks for the comment, to each their own. They're comfy as hell and I've been rocking the hell outta them. If I'd put my vandals on and flight jacket over it you'd have no problem. 40% of the fit pics I see here are something I'd never wear, but I don't go on insulting them.
